The following should be considered when installing the magnetic pump:

2. Check the pump and motor before installation. All parts should be intact. There should be no debris in the magnetic pump.
3. Make the concrete foundation according to the basic size and embed the anchor bolts at the same time.
4. The suction and discharge pipeline of the magnetic pump shall have a support, which shall not be supported by the magnetic pump. The diameter of the inlet and outlet tubes shall be the same as that of the inlet and outlet of the pump.
5. After installation, finally turn the electromagnetic pump coupling by hand to check whether there is friction.
6. Magnetic pump is prohibited to extract the medium with particles, and easy to crystallize. Continuous operation with outlet closed is not allowed and minimum flow should be maintained.
7. To prevent debris from entering the electromagnetic pump, filter should be installed at the inlet, the filtration area should be 3 to 4 times larger than the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.
