The three steps of starting, running and stopping of rotary vane vacuum pump are very important, but the most important step is the adjustment of outlet valve. If it is in the suction state, the opening of the outlet valve can be relatively large, and if it is in the backfilling state, the opening of the outlet valve can be relatively small. The closer the working point of the outlet valve is to the design point of the pump, the better it will be. This will make the actual flow state close to the theoretical design, and make the pump run efficiently and save resources. Because when the rotary vane vacuum pump opens, there is no water in the outlet pipeline of the pump, so there is no pipeline resistance and elevation resistance.
