Internal leakage can be caused by wear, corrosion and occlusion of movement clearance, exhaust valve plane, exhaust valve sealing surface, inner shaft seal, pump cover plane, intake pipe, gas ballast valve seals and so on.
4. The reasons for the high temperature of vacuum pump may be that the ambient temperature of the pump is too high, the intake temperature is too high, the intake cooling device is invalid, the medium pressure of the pump is too high for long-term continuous operation, the cooling water of the water-cooled pump is insufficient, the design effect of circulating water is not good, the temperature control water regulating valve is invalid, etc. Closing the valve at unexpected time can prolong the service time of the regulation. White steam can be seen at the exhaust outlet when there is more leakage. There are many bubbles at the oil mark. The hand feels the exhaust pressure on the exhaust port. There are many bubbles on the oil surface at the lower exhaust valve. Power will increase. The pump temperature is too high. The highest oil temperature measured near the lower exhaust valve exceeds the specified value in the instruction. As the temperature of vacuum pump increases, the viscosity of pump oil decreases sharply, and the saturated vapor pressure of the front pump oil increases, the limit pressure of rotary vane vacuum pump increases and the pumping efficiency decreases; rubber parts are easy to aging; thermal expansion makes the operation reliable.
