1. Vacuum pump oil
XD and XQ series vacuum pumps shall use the vacuum pump oil specified in the composite SH0528-92 standard. Vacuum pump oil with ISO-VG32 viscosity grade is used at ambient temperature of 0-10 C. ISO-VG100 vacuum pump oil (original 1 # vacuum pump oil) is used at ambient temperature of 10 40.
Vacuum pump must keep oil level at 1/2-3/4 of oil window height when running. Oil level and oil pollution should be checked regularly (once a week is recommended).
2. Replacement of Vacuum Pump Oil and Oil Filter
If the oil is contaminated and blackened, emulsified or thickened, the oil should be changed in time. At the same time, oil filters should be replaced. Clean the pump before adding new oil.
Cleaning and oil changing steps:
When the pump is stopped, the hot oil will be released.
(2) Turn on the drain plug and run for 5-10 seconds to drain the oil.
(3) Inject cleaning oil (No. 32 ordinary mechanical oil) to 3/4 of the height of oil window.
(4) Running vacuum pump for 5-10 minutes.
Stop the pump and release the oil. If the discharged oil is still turbid and does not meet the requirements, repeat 3 or 4 steps until the discharged oil is transparent.
_Rotary up the oil plug and run for 5-10 seconds.
_Put out all the oil.
(5) Inject the prescribed new oil.
3. Replacement of exhaust filters
If the pump temperature rises significantly, the motor current reaches or exceeds the rated current, and there is fume in the exhaust port of the pump, the exhaust filter should be checked for blockage. If blockage occurs, the exhaust filter should be replaced in time. The exhaust pressure gauge can be installed at the filling hole of the pump to check whether the filter is blocked. When the pressure exceeds 0.6 bar (gauge pressure), the exhaust filter can be replaced.
4. Cleaning suction filter
The suction filter should be kept clean so as not to decrease the pumping speed.
5. Storage
If the pump is not used for a long time, the oil should be exhausted and cleaned, and then injected into the prescribed new oil and placed in the drying place.
