No matter what kind of equipment, it is necessary to do a good job in its maintenance, especially for high-quality equipment such as water ring vacuum pump, in order to extend its service life, do a good job in daily maintenance work, so as to be used many times in the future:
1, in the normal work of the water ring vacuum pump but also regularly compressed packing, if the packing can not guarantee the required sealing performance due to wear, should be replaced by a new packing. If a mechanical seal is used and leakage is found, check whether the dynamic and static ring of the mechanical seal is damaged or the auxiliary seal is aged. If the above situation occurs, new parts shall be replaced.
2. In case of special sound, the pressure plate on the two end caps can be removed to check whether the two end faces of the impeller are grinded with the distributor and whether the exhaust valve plate is normal.
3, in the normal work should pay attention to check the working condition and lubrication bearing, water ring vacuum pump cylindrical bearing frame in actual temperature should not be more than 55 ~ 60 ℃; Normally working bearings should be lubricated 3-4 times a year, at least once a year to clean the bearings, and all the lubricating oil replacement.
The daily maintenance of the water ring vacuum pump is uninterrupted. The whole maintenance work, including checking parts, cleaning the surface, and regularly adjusting the sensitivity of accessories, needs to be maintained.
