Disassembly method of water ring vacuum pump

The disassembly of water ring vacuum pump is divided into partial disassembly and complete disassembly. The water in the pump shall be completely released from the drain hole and all gaskets shall be removed before disassembly. Care should be taken in handling this step. In case of damage, new gaskets of the same thickness should be replaced during assembly. Note that disassembly begins at the end of the never coupling. The water ring vacuum pump is removed in the following order.
First, loosen and remove the bearing cover. Step 2, loosen the rolling bearing, use the hook wrench to unscrew the round nut and remove the nut on the packing gland. Step 3: loosen the bearing frame by the side of the left cover, and rotate two dismounting screws to remove the bearing and bearing frame from the shaft. Step 4: disconnect the inlet pipe and pipe on the side cover, and loosen the connecting screw between the pump body and the side cover and the double-headed bolt outside the pump foot. Fifth step, add pad under the pump body, then let the side cover and the pump body leave, remove the side cover from the shaft (the shaft should be supported after the side cover is removed). Step 6: separate the pump body from the other side cover and remove it from the shaft. The vacuum pump part is removed until the sixth step, the pump work part and the various parts can be inspected and cleaned at this time. For further disassembly, remove the connection between the motor and the circuit, loosen the connection between the motor and the base, and separate the motor from the pump.
