What is the scope of application of vacuum atmosphere furnace


The vacuum atmosphere furnace forms a vacuum environment with negative pressure inside the closed furnace body and fills the body with thermal media water. The water is heated by combustion or other means, and then evaporates and condenses to the heat exchanger. The water to be heated is then heated by the heat exchanger.
Vacuum atmosphere furnace is used for heating equipment in the vacuum environment, mainly used for ceramic firing, vacuum refining, electric vacuum parts degassing, annealing, brazing of metal pieces, and ceramic - metal sealing.
The furnace body is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part is a vacuum chamber (negative pressure steam chamber), in which a tubular steam-water heat exchanger is installed to heat the circulating water flowing through the heat exchanger. Operating principle: when the vacuum hot water boiler is in operation, the heat medium water in the furnace body under the vacuum negative pressure absorbs the heat energy released by fuel combustion, boiling vaporization into low-temperature steam, low-temperature steam rising in the stainless steel heat exchanger system circulating water, heating circulating water to the user for heating or sanitary hot water. The water vapor itself is cooled and condensed into droplets that fall to the surface and are heated again, completing the cycle.
The inside of vacuum atmosphere furnace also is such working principle. Heat media constantly in the closed body of the "boiling == evaporation == condensation == heat media water" cycle, so there is no need to supplement the condensed water, there is no danger of empty burning. In all heat transfer conditions, the heat transfer coefficient of steam condensation heat transfer is the highest.
