Box nitriding furnace
The nitriding furnace is an energy-saving cycle operating furnace. It is mainly used for gas nitriding treatment of various steel machinery parts, steam machinery parts, automobile crankshafts, automobile piston rings, motorcycle brake pads and mold pieces.
The structure of the nitriding furnace is mainly composed of a furnace body, a heating element and a temperature control system.
The shell of the furnace body is welded by steel and steel plates, and the interior is made of ultra-light high-alloy foam bricks to form a furnace (or a full-fiber cotton structure). The insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber and diatomaceous earth (or vermiculite powder). The bulk material structure is used to improve the heat preservation performance of the furnace body, and the heating element is placed on the wire brick and has a small wire hook for positioning.
A heat-resistant plate is welded into the furnace and the basket, and the processed workpiece is placed in the basket.
A water-cooled sample tube, a gas take-up hole, and a vent hole are arranged above the furnace cover. If it is combined with an infrared CO2 analyzer and modified, the process of automatically controlling the nitrogen potential can be performed.
