Temperature distribution in vacuum furnace




The arrangement method of graphite rod heating elements arranged on both sides of the heating chamber is especially suitable for high vacuum furnace. In high vacuum atmosphere, the heat radiation zone produced by the heating elements on both sides can heat the workpiece uniformly. When the furnace temperature is between 400 and 1300 degrees, the temperature difference of each point in the heating zone can reach + 5 K. Before 60s, temperature control has always been one of the main problems in heat treatment technology. Later, due to the use of electronic temperature control technology, this problem has been solved. At present, from the point of view of temperature distribution, the accuracy of temperature distribution in hot spots is an important issue. Almost always, we have to give priority to trying to achieve a uniform temperature in the structure of the hot zone, and for some reason the temporary temperature inhomogeneity in the hot zone will disappear with the extension of the holding time. Conversely, the high temperature or low heat zone will make its harmful effects throughout the heat treatment. Next, we introduce the vacuum furnace structure which is effective in this respect and the temperature gradient is lower than 0.01K/cm. Vacuum furnace has some other advantages besides temperature uniformity. Low energy consumption, completely avoid the use of toxic materials, heating, material exhaust smoke pollution to the environment, satisfactorily solve the problem of material surface oxidation or distortion. Because of these advantages, vacuum furnace has become an indispensable condition in the current heat treatment process. From the point of view of heat transfer, vacuum plays a dual role in heat transfer.
